Description: Students at the conclusion of the training will learn how to apply in the field indoor air quality (IAQ) techniques to investigate building complaints, analyze building IAQ parameters, assess indoor air sampling results and to make recommendations for further corrective action. The training will include interactive class discussions, group exercises and hands on application of air sampling equipment. Topics include: IAQ References, Indoor Air Quality Complaints, Data Collection, Monitoring instrumentation, Laboratory methods, Calibration of air sampling equipment, Air quality requirements, Ventilation, Duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance, Air Filtration; Exposure Limits and Air Quality Guidelines; IAQ Results; Preparing an IAQ Report.
