Environmental Safety Compliance Manager

$104,000 – $131,000 per year

KOBO Utility Construction Corp. is a Massachusetts-based government contractor specializing in Airport and Port of Entry electrical and utility construction. As an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Field Manager, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and in-person with the EHS Director continually developing and implementing Health & Safety Programs & Initiatives. You will also have a significant opportunity to travel to our construction sites around the United States, with a primary focus on an Airport Job in Virginia, just west of Washington, D.C for the next 12 months.

Your primary responsibilities will be to;

Interface with construction trade personnel to outline safety requirements and ensure customer and industry standards compliance.
Maintain and manage documentation related to all safety incidents.
Ensure that all necessary safety training is provided and completed in accordance with customer safety procedures.
Responds to site incidents, intervening as necessary to address increases in safety events.
Support the coordination and implementation of comprehensive safety programs and policies.
